Jessica is a multilingual trauma psychotherapist and peacebuilding practitioner with over a decade of experience in humanitarian and development, clinical, and educational settings. She began working with IC while overseeing a project in the Middle East and now leads initiatives across conflict-affected regions, integrating critical thinking, culturally responsive approaches, and evidence-based care to strengthen resilience, protection systems, and social cohesion.

Maria has a background in clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience and was the first to complete Level 5 IC Training. She developed the first fully online IC session using immersive multimedia and is conducting research to refine IC methods and explore applications in education, polarization, AI reasoning, and climate inaction.
